omec is a podcast by Jakob Lundvall created to go deeper on Israel.

Israel is one of the most discussed countries in the world — and often one of the least understood. omec goes beyond the headlines through long-form conversations with the people shaping Israel, the Middle East, and the ideas influencing both.

Each episode brings together voices from across Israeli life — diplomats, entrepreneurs, security and intelligence experts, academics, political leaders, innovators, faith leaders, cultural figures, and people with extraordinary personal stories.

The conversations explore geopolitics, security, technology, business, society, faith, identity, history, and Israel’s changing relationship with the world. The goal is not another soundbite or another argument. It is to create space for context, complexity, and conversations that are allowed to go somewhere deeper.

omec is hosted and produced by Jakob Lundvall from Israel, with full episodes available on YouTube and selected conversations, clips, and analysis shared across LinkedIn and other platforms.

omec means depth. Go deeper on Israel.
